80kV Insulating Oil BDV Tester

JHBDV80 is a professional Insulating Oil Breakdown Voltage Tester independently developed for power system transformer oil detection, supporting breakdown voltage test on power transformer oil and compliant with IEC156/IS6792/BS5874 international standards. The JHBDV80 Transformer Insulation Oil Tester is a dedicated testing instrument for detecting the breakdown voltage performance of power transformer insulation oil, designed to judge the insulation state of transformer oil by measuring its breakdown voltage value. The device supports AC 0~80KV adjustable output voltage with a voltage rise rate of 2kv/s±10% and a maximum test error of only 3% (10kv~80kv range), ensuring accurate and reliable test data for breakdown voltage test on power transformer oil. As a professional Insulating Oil Breakdown Voltage Tester, it is equipped with three test modes: standard IEC156/IS6792/BS5874, user-defined and proof test, which can realize 0~9 times of cyclic test, and the stir/wait time can be freely set (0~999s) to meet diverse on-site testing needs. This insulating oil bdv tester has a compact structure (420380410mm) with a weight of only 28kg, and is designed with AC220V universal input, supporting data local storage, printing and PC connection upload, with humanized operation and high safety performance (high-voltage door interlock protection).
