The 50kV 5kVA AC And DC Hipot Tester is a high-performance core device of TDM(G) series AC/DC power frequency withstand voltage test equipment, manufactured in strict compliance with national standard JB/T 9641-1999 and power industry standard DL/T848.2-2004. Adopting advanced electromagnetic induction and half-wave rectification technology, it integrates AC and DC high-voltage withstand voltage testing functions, and is specially designed for insulation strength detection of high-voltage electrical equipment, components, insulating materials, as well as insulating oil testing in power systems, industrial and mining enterprises and scientific research institutions. With a compact oil-immersed structure, it outputs 50kV rated AC high voltage and 70kV DC high voltage, providing accurate and safe test data for high-voltage preventive and handover acceptance tests, and is an essential high-voltage testing instrument for power system operation and maintenance.

1. Integrated AC/DC Test, Multi-functional Application

Integrates power frequency AC withstand voltage and DC high-voltage leakage test functions; free switching between two modes via the high-voltage silicon stack short-circuit rod, and is also applicable for insulation oil testing to meet diversified high-voltage insulation detection needs of different equipment with one machine.

2. Oil-immersed Structure, Stable and Reliable Performance

Adopts professional oil-immersed insulation design with transformer oil as medium, excellent insulation and heat dissipation, temperature rise only 15℃ under 5min rated load, no oil leakage and strong moisture resistance for complex on-site environments.

3. High Test Accuracy, Precise Parameter Output

Voltage and current measurement accuracy up to ±(1.0% reading + 2 digits); external resistance-capacitance voltage divider optional to eliminate capacitance rise/voltage drop influence, ensuring accurate data for testing of insulating oil and electrical equipment detection.

4. Flexible Cascade Expansion, Wide Adaptability

Equipped with 200V series taps, 2-3 units can be cascaded for higher voltage output (AC 150kV/DC 210kV); customizable 5-15kV medium-voltage taps for high-voltage motor testing, strong expandability for different test scenarios.

Single-frame core coaxial winding structure reduces magnetic leakage; octagonal shell with clear terminal layout, small size and light weight, easy for on-site mobile testing and quick operation without professional complex training.
