200A Contact Resistance Tester

JH1006B is a high-power loop resistance tester designed for high-demand scenarios of switch control equipment. Utilizing high-frequency switching power supply and digital circuit technology, it supports multi-gear test currents (DC 50A/100A/150A/200A) and covers a measurement range of 0-80mΩ. Equipped with a 7-inch TFT LCD color screen, it integrates data storage, printing, export, and language setting functions, boasting strong adaptability, high precision, and stable performance-suitable for rigorous loop resistance testing in power systems and manufacturing plants.

Loop Resistance Tester is a high-end micro-ohm measuring instrument developed to address the complex testing needs of high-voltage switch equipment, with electrical contact resistance measurement as one of its core application scenarios. Its ergonomic design and user-friendly interface ensure efficient operation, while its advanced technical configuration delivers superior measurement performance for both loop resistance and contact resistance of electrical components.

The instrument adopts a constant current and voltage-limiting test power supply (approximately 8.0V) and achieves a minimum resolution of 0.001μΩ with a measurement accuracy of ±(reading×0.5%+1μΩ), ensuring accurate and reliable results even in harsh on-site environments. It offers four selectable test current gears (50A/100A/150A/200A) to meet diverse testing requirements, from routine maintenance to factory acceptance. The testing time can be flexibly set from 10 to 600 seconds, and the fast-test mode further improves on-site work efficiency.

With a built-in data storage function, JH1006B can save up to 100 sets of measurement data, supporting USB export and on-site printing for easy data management. The instrument supports language setting, allowing users to switch between different languages to meet international application needs. Powered by an AC 180-240V 50Hz/60Hz power supply, it weighs about 7kg (excluding cables) and has a compact volume of 420mm×340mm×200mm, facilitating transportation and on-site deployment. It operates stably in temperatures from -10℃ to 50℃ and relative humidity ≤90%, providing long-lasting and reliable performance for power system maintenance, high-voltage switch manufacturing, and other fields.
