Industrial control model 3 phase relay tester, suitable for 10KV/35KV protection debugging. Belongs to our fourth generation portable relay protection tester, small size, easy to carry.The instrument has standard four-phase voltage, three-phase current output, classic Windows XP operating interface, high-performance embedded industrial control computer and 10.4 inch resolution of 800×600 LED true color display, using USB interface directly and PC communication, can connect to the laptop computer (optional) run. Laptop and industrial computer use the same set of software, no need to re-learn the operation method.
It is also equipped with independent dedicated DC auxiliary voltage source output, the output voltage is 110V (1A), 220V (0.6A). It can be used for relays or protection devices that need DC working power supply.

It is versatile for testing traditional relays, protection devices, and modern microcomputer protection systems, with specialized convenience for transformer differential protection and standby automatic switching device tests.All technical indicators comply with the power industry standard DL/T624-1997 "Technical Conditions for Microcomputer-based Test Device of Relay Protection". It adopts a classic Windows XP interface with a built-in recovery function to avoid system crashes from illegal shutdowns or misoperations, paired with a high-performance embedded industrial control computer and an 8.4-inch 800×600 TFT true color display that provides intuitive real-time working status and help information.Equipped with an ultra-thin industrial keyboard and optical mouse, it operates like a regular PC. The main control board uses a DSP+FPGA architecture with 16-bit DAC output, generating 2000 high-density sine waves per fundamental wave cycle to enhance waveform quality and testing accuracy. A high-fidelity linear power amplifier ensures precision for small currents and stability for large currents, while a USB interface enables direct PC communication without additional cables for easy use.
