This series includes four independent models: 120kV/2mA, 120kV/3mA, 120kV/5mA, 120kV/10mA DC high voltage generators. They are portable, stable, and safety-protected test devices for DC withstand voltage and leakage current tests on power equipment. Adopting high-frequency voltage doubling and PWM control, they feature low ripple, high accuracy, and easy operation, ideal for on-site and laboratory testing.
Product Introduction
This 120kV DC high voltage generator series is developed in line with DL/T848.1‑2004 and other industrial standards. It offers four independent current specifications to meet different test demands. All models adopt imported IGBT, dual closed‑loop feedback, and integrated structure, ensuring stable 0–120kV adjustable output with ripple ≤0.5%.
Each model comes with complete protection: zero‑position, overvoltage, overcurrent, and breakdown protection. It is equipped with a 0.75UDC1mA one‑key function for lightning arrester tests, digital display, and precise overvoltage setting. Lightweight and portable, the series is widely used in power, railway, mining, and petrochemical fields for insulation tests on cables, transformers, generators, and arresters.
