60kV 2mA 3mA 5mA 10mA Integrated DC High Voltage Generator

This series of DC high voltage generators is a portable, high-precision test device used for DC withstand voltage test and leakage current test of power equipment. It includes four standard models: 60kV/2mA, 60kV/3mA, 60kV/5mA, 60kV/10mA, all adopting high-frequency voltage doubling circuit, PWM control and dual closed-loop feedback, with stable output, low ripple and complete safety protection. Suitable for zinc oxide arresters, power cables, transformers, generators and other equipment routine tests and handover tests.

The 60kV DC High Voltage Generator series is designed and manufactured in accordance with DL/T848.1-2004 and other power industry standards. It adopts imported high-power IGBT, high-frequency rectifier diodes and integrated structure, making the whole machine lightweight (only 9kg), compact and easy to carry for on-site use.
This integrated high voltage generator features a portable generator high voltage design and serves as a reliable dc high voltage power supply for field testing.
Each model provides stable 0–60kV continuously adjustable DC high voltage output, with voltage accuracy ±(1.0% reading ±2 digits), ripple ≤0.5%, ensuring accurate and reliable test data. The built-in 0.75UDC1mA one-key function makes lightning arrester test more convenient.
The system is equipped with multiple protections: zero-position protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection and breakdown protection, with nanosecond-level response speed to ensure operator and equipment safety. The digital dial switch for overvoltage setting is easy to operate and high in precision.
This series is widely used in electric power, railway, petroleum, chemical, industrial and mining enterprises, as professional test equipment for insulation performance detection.
